Simple, Supportive Referrals

Parenting can be rewarding, but it can also feel overwhelming at times; especially when your child is struggling with big feelings, anxiety, or changes at home or school. At The Glow Up Project, we walk alongside families to make sure you don’t have to face these challenges alone. Sometimes families find it helpful to connect with others going through similar experiences. We offer small group sessions where parents or children can build skills and feel supported.

“My child’s anxiety is affecting our whole family.”

“I feel like I’m walking on eggshells around my child’s emotions.”

“We argue a lot at home and I’m not sure how to calm things down.”

“I want to help my child, but I don’t always know what to say or do.”

“I just want to feel more confident as a parent.”

Many parents feel this way, and it doesn’t mean you’re failing. With the right support, families often notice small changes that make daily life calmer, relationships closer, and children more confident.

How to Refer

Asking for help shouldn’t feel complicated. At The Glow Up Project CIC, we welcome
referrals from parents, carers, young people, schools, local authorities, and professionals.
Whether you are a family reaching out directly or a professional making a referral on
someone’s behalf, our process is designed to be straightforward and reassuring.
