The Glow Up Project CIC is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to
helping children, young people and families recover from trauma, strengthen relationships, and build brighter futures. Our team includes qualified psychotherapists, counsellors, and trained volunteers, with expertise in play therapy, creative approaches, systemic family work, and therapeutic parenting. As a Community Interest Company, we reinvest all surplus back into our services, making sure support reaches the children and families who need it most. We work alongside schools, local authorities, adoption and fostering agencies, and community
organisations to ensure families can access the right help at the right time.
Every child deserves the chance to feel safe, understood and
supported. Yet many young people face challenges such as trauma, bereavement or family breakdown that can affect their wellbeing, confidence and opportunities.
The Glow Up Project exists to respond to this need. By offering creative therapies, family programmes and community support, we help young people make sense of their experiences, build stronger relationships, and move forward with hope for the future.
At The Glow Up Project, every child, parent and professional we work with is part of our story. Whether you come to us for support, collaborate with us as a partner, or choose to back our work, you’re helping create brighter futures for children and families.
